Purina Rebrand
Objective: To fulfill the project requirements, research a well-known business in need of a rebranding. Provide a new, modern look that is appropriate for their target audience and brand goals.

This conceptual rebrand of Purina gives the iconic checkerboard logo a new, modern feel. To make the brand more approachable and memorable, I reimagined the "P" as a dog's head and aligned the remaining letters to form a dog in the sitting position, creating a playful, cohesive identity that strengthens Purina’s connection to pets.
Sketches and ideation
For my first task with Purina, I focused on logo exploration. I experimented with the letterforms, looking for ways to incorporate a playful, hidden icon within the typography. I started by sketching ideas inspired by dogs at the top of the page, then wrote out the letters in “Purina” to see where concepts might fit. From there, I digitized potential options.
